We are pleased to offer a unique service to our clientele in the form of producing or creating special recipes for their exclusive use only, within our range of Gourmet Pies and Quiches or similar product types.

These items are available either Baked or Unbaked and are a great labour saving system as businesses wrestle with tough rising labour costs.

To date these special items include a large variety of pies & quiches for large Educational Institutions, leading Tourist Hotels as well as Bakeries, Pubs, Restaurants and Delicatessens.

Some of our special select pie creations include a 6" Turkey Pot Pie, a very popular Potato,Cheese & Onion (London Pub Pie), a Tourtiere (the All French Canadian Pie), a Wild BC Salmon Pie, a Chicken Vegetable Supreme and a "Kiwi" Meat & Mashed Potato.

Popular amongst our quiche lines are an exclusive Smoked Salmon "Two Cheese" variety, Broccoli Veggie Cheese, a hot Prairie Pepper Veggie Corn and a Wild BC Pink Salmon.
